Congrats to all on RDFa 1.1!

Hey all,

Just wanted to send a quick note of congratulations to everyone that was
involved in the RDFa 1.1 development process. This includes all of the
community members that discussed concerns on this mailing list, all of
the web authors and developers that used RDFa 1.0 and RDFa 1.1, everyone
that has integrated RDFa into a site that they've worked on, and all of
the Working Group members that helped out at any point in the last 8
years to get us to this point.

Today, we have a standard that is already being used, or will shortly be
employed, by Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Facebook, Best Buy, Yandex,
Drupal, Good Relations, The International Press Telecommunications
Council, many different library sciences initiatives, the list goes on...

We've created something that we can be proud of - that will be used for
many years to come. Here's to moving the Web toward its full potential -
and especially to the people that keep making it happen! :)
