The 'http' prefix issue

you brought up this example several times, so I contacted the staff contact of the relevant WG. There is a clear resolution of the group that they will _not_ use the 'http' prefix for their vocabulary (they will use 'ht' instead, b.t.w.). They still have to update their documents, but the next draft will be changed accordingly.
