We did discuss this on a call many months ago, and I thought we'd
decided that XML host languages could optionally place the RDFa
attributes into a specific namespace. (I think it may have been
"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml".)

OpenDocument 1.2 uses the RDFa attributes in the
"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" namespace.
