<link> tags allowed outside <head> in HTML5

The HTML5 specification allows for <link> tags to be present in the <body>
of an HTML document if it contains an @itemprop attribute [1]. (they are
normally only allowed inside the <head> tag).

Should that be reflected in any RDFa 1.1 related DTD and the specs?
