Wrong definition of @vocab in rdfa-core

Spotted by Ed Summers on #swig:

The latest working draft [1] includes a wrong definition for @vocab:

@vocab supports a white space separated list of IRIs.

It should rather read

@vocab supports only an IRI.

Shouldn't it be an absolute IRI btw?
