Should an RDFa processor add information about @vocab declarations to the default graph?

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/2011Aug/0018.html

The set of triples could look something like this:

<uriofrdfasource> a rdfa:source;
   rdfa:vocab <uri1> ;
   rdfa:vocab <uri2> .

with this extra info any subsequent post-processor could decide whether or not to do RDFS processing on each vocabulary.
