Actually... If I look at the headers returned for one of the test cases, eg,

The return does not have an encoding. So if I put up a test with lots of prefixes, encoded in UTF-8 and even setting the header in UTF-8, the result _will_ be wrong. Manu, is there a way to set up the server so that the UTF-8 encoding is part of the return header?
