RDFa test cases invalidated by RDFa 1.1

The following tests don't seem to work properly given 1.1 semantics, and presumably should be obsoleted and replaced with newer tests. Of course, this brings up the possibility of distinguishing between 1.0 and 1.1 profiles and separating the test cases out. Something I'd rather not have to maintain.


 *   test 0116: Reserved word used in @property should not generate triple, (negative test) – uses "next", which is a default term in XHTML+RDFa
 *   test 0123: case sensitivity in prefix names – prefix names are case-insensitive in RDFa 1.1 (except possibly for those defined using @xmlns), anyway this is an open issue.
 *   test 0160: Undeclared prefix 'xml', (negative test) – xml:test is a valid URI
 *   test 0162: Undeclared prefix 'xmlns', (negative test) – xmlns:test is a valid URI
