New version of @profile and @vocab

Having read the minutes of the 2010-03-25, I have committed a new
version of the document:

I do not have a very detailed set of changes, but the essential changes are:

- I have removed the JSON references, and added Toby's formulation on
the required syntaxes
- I have modified the details of the RDF vocabulary (cf [1])
- _I have added the default prefix proposal_ of the last few days using
the @vocab attribute name. The reason I did that is because there is a
section on the way the processing steps should be modified and that
stuff also affects the processing steps, so I thought merging the change
descriptions should be done once.
- A bunch of small editing issues

This document is not meant to stand by itself. If the content is all
right, then it should be incorporated to the RDFa core...

Does this document reflect the WG consensus on keywords and prefixes?
