ACTION-12: Fix descriptions of mailing lists

I have an action[1] to provide better text for the RDFa mailing list
descriptions.

For the RDFa WG mailing list:
-------------------

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/

Use this description:

The mission of the <a href="http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/">RDFa
Working Group</a> is to support the developing use of <a
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RDFa">RDFa</a> for embedding
structured data in Web documents. This mailing list is used for all
technical discussion related to the development of RDFa including: new
features discussion, specification design, teleconferences,
implementation discussion, the test suite, and any other technical
design and implementation aspect of RDFa.

If you are interested in getting help on, using, or finding out more
about RDFa, you may want to join the <a
href="http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa/">RDFa Community
mailing list</a>.

Activity</a>

---------------

For the RDFa Community mailing list:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa/

Use this description:

This is the public community discussion list for people that are
interested in getting help on, using, or finding out more about <a
href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RDFa">RDFa</a>.

You can find out more about RDFa in the <a
href="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-rdfa-primer/">RDFa Primer</a>, the <a
href="http://rdfa.info/">RDFa Community Wiki</a>, and the <a
href="http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-syntax">RDFa Syntax Specification</a>.

If you are interested in participating in the technical design work,
there is another mailing list that may be of interest to you: the <a
href="http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/
">RDFa Working Group mailing list</a>.

Activity</a>

This closes ACTION-12.
