The current draft of Semantics is modified, following emails from Antoine and PFPS, to be less controversial. The semantics for blank nodes now refers to the nodes in the graph, as in 2004; and all talk of scopes has been eliminated except for the following, which is intended to refer to a future addition to Concepts: "Graphs can share blank nodes only if they are derived from graphs described by documents or surface structures which share a single scope for blank node identifiers." This should be more acceptable as a FPWD.
