I just noticed the following wording in Concepts:

	 Some properties may change over time. A relationship that holds between two resources at one time may not hold at another time.

It is possible to read this "may not" as colloquial for "must not", which is potentially confusing. Suggest 

may not // may fail to 

or

may not // might not
