http://www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common

then you should update your local copy to add the China Host to the copyright holders. Ie, the copyright line should now read something like:

        <a href='http://www.w3.org/'><abbr title='World Wide Web Consortium'>W3C</abbr></a>&reg;
        (<a href='http://www.csail.mit.edu/'><abbr title='Massachusetts Institute of Technology'>MIT</abbr></a>,
        <a href='http://www.ercim.eu/'><abbr title='European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics'>ERCIM</abbr></a>,
        <a href='http://www.keio.ac.jp/'>Keio</a>, <a href="http://ev.buaa.edu.cn/">Beihang</a>), All Rights Reserved.

Thanks
