David, regrets. I might not make todays telecon. Or, with luck, I might make it but very late. Yes I am making progress on the semantics draft. No it is not yet done. I vote against "blank graph identifiers". I vote double against using bnodeIDs to identify graphs. Manu should use IRIs. See recent emails in the discussion thread.
