Does anyone know how I can get XML from:
http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/track/issues/98?

I ask because the tracker system does claim [1] to offer XML, but
doesn't provide a URL pattern example.

Link:

1. http://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/features -- note "XML Output" claim .
