Hi all,

We have all of the IPR commitments that we need to publish FPWDs of the
JSON-LD Syntax and the JSON-LD API.

Here are the IPR commitments for the JSON-LD Syntax:
http://www.w3.org/community/json-ld/spec/22/commitments

Here are the IPR commitments for the JSON-LD API:
http://www.w3.org/community/json-ld/spec/23/commitments

This includes /everyone/ that contributed substantive features and/or
content to the JSON-LD Syntax and the JSON-LD API documents.

There was one commitment from Joshua Mandel that I hoped that we would
have before today related to ideas around .frame() and .objectify() in
the JSON-LD API, but seeing as how those features were stripped from
this version of the document, we don't need his commitment for
publication as FPWDs of these two documents. Additionally, he had
informally said that he'd be happy to sign any commitment on the public
mailing list. He may be on vacation, which may be why he hasn't
responded to our e-mails.

In any case, we're good to go regarding IPR commitments. This is the
list of all of the people have have done an IPR commitment:
