Hi all,

The meeting minutes from 25 July [1] are returning 404.  I'm not sure who scribed since I wasn't there, but the intention was:

Chair: Guus Schreiber
Scribe: Peter Patel-Schneider
Alternate: Pierre-Antoine Champin

Can someone please either fix the minutes or call for help?  Thanks.
