Could you give pointers to this ISO CL standard? I'm interested.
Concerning the semantics of named graphs, I don't think the papers [1,2] 
fully address it. The description of the semantics in these papers is 
minimal and it only describes what a single graph means. It does not say 
how to interpret a multi-graph document.
