Bell Labs Ireland would be pleased to host a WG meeting at their
facilities near Dublin, Ireland, at just about any time in late 2011 or
ealy 2012.

Access to Dublin is quite easy from both Europe and the United States.
Bell Labs Ireland is easy to get to from Dublin airport (there is even
bus service). There are two hotels fairly close by (about 2.4 km
walking, provided you know the code to get in the back gate). One of
them has very reasonable rates (currently E69 including breakfast for
Alcatel-Lucent visitors), but is very much out in the sticks; the other
one is much more in the center of things, but is more expensive.
