Agreed.

I had been thinking "plain-literal" instead of "PlainLiteral" because in
a sense they apply to RDF Plain Literals, and it just looks nicer, but
now I think you're right.  We're following XPath here, and they have
lots of things like timezone-from-dateTime and
multiply-yearMonthDuration [1], so this fits right in.
