We forgot some issue: The URL http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#text is dereferenceable, but it obviously points to the RDF vocabulary spec instead of a URL descrbing our datatype. Is it possible, to redirect a fragment identifier URL to another address? Would that be feasible?
