Problem with "Activity Based Search" demo at tap.stanford.edu?

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to the "Activity Based Search" demo listed at
http://tap.stanford.edu/tap/demos.html

I had played with it sometimes ago, but now, I constantly get a "(146) 
Connection refused" error.

Something wrong with me, or with the server?
