Re: formal objection to advancing to candidate recommendation status

All changes are from the SPARQL Community Group document. The updates this SPARQL Exists Errata document which addressed the below issues have been available for a week now. The WG has previously decided to rely on this work and, subsequently decided, to directly incorporate the text of this document into the SHACL spec as opposed to simply refer to it (as we did originally). So, there is nothing substantively new since the request for advancement. The only thing that happened concurrently to the request is the update to the SHACL specification to correctly reflect the progress made in the SPARQL Exists Errata.
