I've released the RDF::Microdata gem [1] [2] to parse HTML5 Microdata [3] into RDF using the RDF.rb platform.

You can see it deployed at [4], in addition to RDFa, RDF/XML, Turtle, TriX, and JSON-LD, among others.

To get a structured view of the input, try generating with "rdfa" as the output, which will generate HTML marked up with the original data that should be somewhat readable.
