That works in ruby, jruby and rubinius. raptor, rasqal and the rest have SWIG bindings already, ive been using them for years if someone shows me a cool semantic web browser that requires rdf/xml, turtle or some other format (ie not in-browser/JS/DOM tools which can consume RDFa) and/or pays me i'd be happy to look at it
