Nope, not allowed. The RDFa spec says: "the mapping to use when there  
is no prefix is not defined, which effectively prohibits the use of  
CURIEs that do not contain a colon".

The validator doesn't complain because the validator just checks the  
page against the DTD, which defines the RDFa attributes as containing  
plain old CDATA.
