Let's assume I'm visiting http://example.com/page1.html using a CSS  
and RDFa capable browser. That page contains the following XHTML  
element:

	<link about="page2.html"
               rel="stylesheet"
               href="style.css" />

Now, should the styles in style.css be applied to page1.html? (Yes, I  
know they *will* be in all current CSS-capable browsers, but the  
question is *should* they be?)
