[RDFa TC] Updates

All,

Thanks to Manu's great preparation I've now update the on-hold TCs (so
to say, there is no more left, now :) as of [1] -
further the unreviewed TC have been approved and added [2], the TC60 and
TC108 have been fixed as of [3] and the TC11 [3] has been corrected.
