[RDFa TC] Updates as of 2008-03-27 telecon

All,

I have now updated the TC as of yesterday's telecon [1].

1. The TC11, TC91, TC92, TC94 have been fixed
2. TC88, TC91, TC92, TC93, TC94, and TC99 have been accepted
3. TC98 has been rejected 

Please note as well that there are still on-hold TC:

TC4, TC17, TC28, TC39, TC40, TC42, TC43, TC44, and TC45 

We need to revisit them and finally accept or reject them ASAP.
