[RDFa TC] Update regarding TC 19 and TC 71/72

All,

Thanks to Manu reminding me I have updated TC 19 (e-mail issue) -
I guess his action

can be marked done ;)

Due to [1] I've added TC 71 and TC 72. However, please note that TC 71
and TC 21
are *very* similar, IMHO. Dunno how to deal with such situations. Shane,
any advise?)
