[3 BUGS FIXED] Test Case #96: non-reserved, un-prefixed CURIEs when used in @property generate triples

Sorry, fixed another bug that Shane pointed out (thanks Shane) - I
forgot that we're not allowed to use unsafe CURIEs in @about... =p

Purpose:

Ensures that non-reserved, un-prefixed CURIEs, when used in @property,
generate triples.
