Re: CR-rdfa-syntax comment on section 2.1 @name

The working group has agreed with your comment and removed the reference 
to the name attribute.  Thanks again for bringing this to our 
attention.  We trust this resolves your CR review comment. For our 
records, this was against Tracker issue 125.
