Really Late, Minor Last Call Comment - Name of URIorCURIE should be URIorSafeCURIE

Someone comment that URIorCURIE is a misnomer, since it is really a URI 
or a SafeCURIE.  This comment was made in the context of the CURIE 
Syntax document draft, but I think we need to change the datatype name 
in RDFa Syntax too.  I consider this a minor editorial change.
