Suggestion:

Before #7 in the processing sequence:

	If the [current element] contains a non-empty @title,
	then a new triple is generated:

		Subject:
			[current subject]
		Predicate:
			dcterms:title
		Object
			Literal contents of @title.

What do people think? Or will this generate too many false positives?
