summary of my previous issues for the editors

I know that the life of editors are difficult, and my mails [1][2][3]
just stirs up the mud:-). To make their life a little bit easier, I have
edited the relevant part of the document and I attach it here. I have
crossed out what should be removed in my view, and added the new things
in red. In case my issues are correct, this may help...

(Yeah, as you might expect: these issues came up by comparing my
implementation and the spec. And to avoid any false impression: I also
found problems in my processing step that I had to ammend:-)
