update on Primer

Hi all,

I've done quite a bit on the Primer, though I likely won't get more done
until Thursday's call. I took into account Manu's comments about making
this more quickly useful to HTML authors, and also took Mark's comment
to heart about not drowning readers in RDF triples. The resulting
structure and reworked flow is at the usual place:

http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/RDFa/primer/

I've tried to make the language tighter, moved all mention of RDF
triples to Section 4, and reduced the number of duplicate examples, in
particular I've turned the Shutr stuff into a storyline for exposing
more advanced concepts, rather than just another example of simple RDFa.

This should be ready for cursory reviews, at least to see if the
structure makes sense. Do try to skim it before Thursday!
