RDFa Syntax editors draft updated

I have put an updated editors draft up that is linked from 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Drafts  I apologize for the delay.  Mark 
finished his work in good time, but I neglected to push the completed 
work up.  I am going to be doing some editorial work today in 
preparation for pushing out a first public working draft.  Note that 
there is a diff marked version from the last editor's draft, so you can 
see if your concerns are addressed.
