[RDFa TC] New test cases from Ivan and Fabien added

Ben, All,

At our last RDFa telecon I took two actions to add
Ivan's and Fabien's proposed Test Cases - here is what I did:


I. Ivan's TC proposals
----------------------
As of my action [1] I added Ivan's TC 50-57 [2] to 
the official RDFa-XHTML1-TC-partition as TC46-53:

TC0046: @instanceof with @rel present, no @href, @resource, or @about
TC0047: @instanceof with @rel and @resource present, no @about
TC0048: @instanceof with @about and @rel present, no @resource
TC0049: @instanceof with @about, no @rel or @resource
TC0050: @instanceof without anything else
TC0051: @instanceof with a single @property
TC0052: @instanceof with @resource and nothing else
TC0053: @instanceof with @resource and nothing else, with a subelement

Open issues:

+ see Ivan's original comments [2]
+ all of Ivan's TC: domain of foaf:knows domain [3] 


II. Fabien's TC proposals
-------------------------
As of my action [4] I added Fabien's TC46-48 [5] to
the official RDFa-XHTML1-TC-partition as TC54-56:

TC0054: multiple @property
TC0055: multiple @rel
TC0056: Vevent using @instanceof

All new TCs are accessible via the updated RDFa TC
Wiki page [6] or using rdfa.debug [7].

@Ben: An according agenda item for our upcoming
RDFa telecon would be most welcome :)
