I believe we already had a discussion about HEAD having an implicit
@about="", in part for consistency of LINK and META in the HEAD
pertaining to the current URL.

I can't seem to find this discussion, but this is definitely something
we already mentioned. I support this idea of the implied about="" for
backwards compatibility.
