new telecon times

Hi all,

Two quick things:

1) given that next week is WWW, should we cancel the telecon? I think a
lot of folks are going to be there.

2) if you haven't filled out *your* telecon preference times, please do
so right away:

Note that you should enter times you can make in general, don't worry
about conflicts for next week specifically, as per (1).
