Re: CURIE syntax thoughts + @instanceof semantics

Doh, my mailer (or me) made some funny things, and cut some words which
may have made something unreadable. Sorry about that, here is what I
wanted to say:

Should be

- accept the CURIE edge cases #1 and #2
- there is _no_ exception for @instanceof, ie, it behaves _exactly_ like
<... @rel="rdf:type" @resource="THE TYPE CURIE"/>
