Just for the records: the pyRdfa code URI

Just for the records, because these things changed over time: the URI
for the pyRdfa is

http://dev.w3.org/2004/PythonLib-IH/dist/pyRdfa.tar.gz

for the whole package. There seems to be a problem with the CVS update
so the

http://dev.w3.org/2004/PythonLib-IH/pyRdfa/

does *not* reflect the latest status:-(
