In that case, you can either use a promiscuous parser, or add a GRDDL
profile that does RDFa. (Though there remain validation issues, of course.)

We need to be realistic, too: the flag may be part of the spec, but the
parsers will parse what they want to parse, with or without a flag.
There's only one parser to run here, and the meaning is really never
ambiguous.
