Hello all,

You may recall that one of the reasons for devising the CURIE syntax was
that the IPTC had a pressing requirement for it. Someone pointed out to me a
reference to its use which was inspired by reading the IPTC documents. I
thought it worth recording that reference here since there has been
discussion about whether there is a need for the CURIE syntax:
