We should gather the various points of view on this matter and summarize it for the issues list. 4) CURIES review the situation, the choices we have. 5) XHTML1.1: status of the module and what we can do to begin validation tests and sample XHTML1.1 documents. This is an aggressive agenda because I'm not sure how much time Qnames and CURIES will take, since we're mostly summarizing the issues.
