updated FOAF example

Hi all,

I've updated my personal FOAF example, http://ben.adida.net/card.xhtml,
to use the new @REL approach to bnodes. I've also tweaked the
bookmarklets to say "RDFa" and not "RDF/A", and to do the N3 conversion
correctly (periods, not semi-colons).

These are the 2006-10-08 bookmarklets, of course. Eventually, I will get
to fixing my approach to these date-frozen URLs for development...
