Except that the issue is that @href requires a URI, and not a QName. Of
course there are lots of ways to distinguish between URIs and QNames--just
because the first part of a URI can look like a namespace prefix doesn't
mean this is irresolvable--but the last time that was discussed, everyone
screamed ;)
