I've added the said wrapper for RAP v >= 0.9.1 at
http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2005/grddl-ts/rapWrapper

It fails 3 tests on the 5:

* http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2005/grddl-ts/#xhtmlWithMoreThanOneGrddlTransformation failed
* http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2005/grddl-ts/#xhtmlWithGrddlEnabledProfile failed

(the last one hasn't found its way to the GRDDL spec yet, so that's not
unexpected); also, I don't expect it will pass the GRDDL-in-XML cases,
but I haven't written them yet anyway.
