Bnode limitations in XHTML2 meta

Using
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-xhtml2-20040722/mod-meta.html

you cannot represent

_:a eg:property _:a .

or

_:a eg:property _:b .
_:b eg:property _:a .

This could be fixed by mark's suggestion of having a nodeID attribute,
that would basically hand off to the appendix and to RDF Concepts for a
definition of what it meant. I would not see that as a must, but may
have the fortunate side effect of allowing XHTML2 to also be used by RDF
people just as a replacement for RDF/XML (with no HTML content whatsoever!)
