[HTML] Brief report on discussion, possible further comment on XHTML2

(Sorry for cross-posting, since this has content that might want to be
considered for SWBPD WG telecon tomorrow I thought I would potentially
short circuit a separate TF discussion)

I had a meeting with Mark Birbeck on 3rd November. This was mainly
aiming at clarifying what is already in the mail archive.

One topic of wider interest is we discussed the best way for the more
technical points that have been discussed to be part of the process
before the XHTML2 last call.

Mark and I agreed that the TF mailing list seems to be functioning as a
forum for technical discussion, and we only need to use formal WG-to-WG
communication as an exception process. Hence I suggest that the follow
on comment concerning technical details of RDF/A which SWBPD WG owes
the HTML WG, should be void of such details e.g.

[[
We note that the public-rdf-in-xhtml-tf mailing list is
currently working well to enable exploration of the technical
details. We trust the relevant editors will continue to listen
and participate in that list, but do not plan to make further
technical comment as a WG prior to the XHTML2 Last Call.
However, if clarification is needed as to whether the
personal opinion of any SWBPD WG participant, expressed
on the TF mailing list, has WG consensus please feel free
to ask us directly.
]]

(I've not yet seen details of HTML WG F2F, if that went badly for us,
then this whole message maybe out-of-date)
